Your Cozy Place for Real Life, Tiny Joys, and Too Many Thoughts
If you like personal essays, cozy hobbies, honest thoughts, and the small details that make everyday life feel more interesting, you’re in the right place.
The Little Things is a blog about being a person in real time. Sometimes soft. Sometimes funny. Sometimes too deep for no reason. Sometimes literally just about my cat.
I’m writing about the things that make me feel curious, grounded, creative, and alive. Hopefully, you’ll find something here that makes you feel a little more seen too.

Where It All Began
The Little Things started because I needed a place to put all the pieces of myself that don’t always fit neatly anywhere else.
I’ve always been someone who gets deeply interested in things, asks too many questions, and needs to process life out loud somehow. Sometimes that looks like writing about creativity. Sometimes it’s religion, books, mental health, home projects, hobbies, or whatever niche thing I’ve fallen into that week.
And, of course, Juniper belongs here too. She’s my 11-year-old tiny queen, my couch roommate, and the reason one full cushion has officially become a permanent blanket cave.
This blog is where all of that gets to live.
My Mission
The Little Things is my little corner of the internet for whatever I’m learning, loving, overthinking, making, reading, or trying to understand.
This blog is about paying attention to the small stuff. The tiny moments. The weird thoughts. The cozy routines. The hobbies that take over your brain for three weeks straight. The things that make life feel softer, stranger, funnier, and more meaningful.
I’m not here to pretend I have everything figured out. I’m just here to write honestly, make sense of things as I go, and create a space that feels like me.
